I had a great stay at this hotel in a very noisy area. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities provided were sufficient. The rooms were spacious enough for my kids to move around comfortably.
No major issues.

Location was good as it was in familiar territory. It was an easy place to be relaxed and comfortable in.
our room was in a poor location in the hotel as every other guest had to go past. This made it a little noisy at night and possibly did not reflect well on the pricing and the fact we had booked a considerable time before arrival. Also we were not made aware that transfers were available and we arranged and paid for our own.

The deluxe suite was very spacious and perfect for us with a young child. Great having a bath. Nice small hotel, staff all knew who you were. Food was good. Great location with shops straight outside the hotel, everything you need nearby.
Pool was cold probably as it doesn't get much sun and pool bar was not in use and not in a great location to be utilised. Beds were very hard but after the first night didn't notice this. Service around the pool area could be improved. Not a huge breakfast provided off the al a carte menu. Karoke bar across the road is noisy but being on the ground floor this didn't affect us like it did other guests.

We liked location, staff, facilities and swimming pool
The dishes in the restaurant of the hotel does not worth the value of the money, very small portions and some were not fresh (duck)

The hotel is located in a great area as everything is close by. It's very easy to walk to the beach, but there are some pubs nearby that can be noisy, playing music until late at night. the views are nice if you get a good room. the service is friendly, and the rooms are clean, though some may be tired or old-fashioned.
The bathroom is small and old-looking.

We enjoyed our stay very much , it is close to the beach without the expense of staying right on the beach. Restaurant was excellent . we had breakfast included but we also ate there once for lunch and twice for dinner.the staff where all very very helpful and friendly . Maga and Widi where most helpful on a number of occasions with our questions . Our deluxe room suited us perfectly with big rooms and comfy beds, soafs couch and dinning table where also very nice touches in your rooms.
The pool do not get much sun and there are no in pool seats at the bigger end of the pool bar like the restaurant end has. We had a late flight the evening of our departure and felt our luggage was not very secure left out near the front desk where public could quite easily get access to it . Also your safe in the front counter should always be locked , on our departure day I requested my travel folder containing our passports and was shocked to see the cupboard opened and they just reached in and pulled it out . once again any one can get access to that area if they distract the front office staff.

I liked the breakfast...........wonderful banana pancakes (the best i have had in Bali. The room was a great size and bathroom had separate bath and shower which was great. I had freinds at Bali Mandira come to see my room and they were also impressed.
I travel with carry on luggage only. Hence i can not carry a lot of toiletries - toothbrush and paste would have been good in complimentary bathroom toiletries. This is not a complaint,j ust a suggestion. I thought the hotel was great value for money and the staff were lovely.

Great for families! the room was spacious and convenient for a family of 4, and the pool looked lovely for swimming. the hotel is located in a lively area, with plenty of restaurants and shops around. the staff were friendly and helpful.
We did not enjoy our Xmas stay here much due to the karaoke noise from a nearby pub that went on until the early hours of the morning. It was impossible to sleep, especially with kids.

Casa Padma is located a short walk from the beach. It is surrounded by other hotels, pubs & shops/markets. It has a good selection for breakfast & the banana pancakes are the best.
The bar directly across the road from the hotel can be noisy some nights. The first night we arrived it was really loud but noticed most other nights were quite subdued.

The rooms are neat and functional.
We never went into the pool as the water looked compromizing. Not a direct complain agaist the hotel, but the beaches are a disgrace. Such butiful setup ruined by the garbage. Felt like walking in a dustbin. The Bali governement must take up this issue in Jakarta and have the "greetings" from Surabaya stopped. That is actually a criminal act under any law and a criminal case should be openned. That might speed up the process. Based on this I doubt that I will return to your hotel. I rather go to Thailand where the beaches are clean.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location, although in a noisy area, is just a short walk to the beach. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms, although small, have a nice balcony.
All was satisfactory during my stay.

Stayed at this hotel during Easter and it was a great experience! The pool was really nice and the sun shone all day long. The rooms were clean and spacious, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The staff was very helpful and friendly, making our stay very comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast which was delicious and had a great variety.
The bathroom was a bit small and outdated, but it wasn't a major issue. The noise from nearby bars could be heard at night, but it didn't bother us much.
